With the mobility project "The Intercultural Compass", the Association aims to strengthen the Staff's competences in: 1. Attracting and engaging adults from diverse cultural backgrounds in activities focused on awareness of EU institutions, values, and Union priorities. 2. Integrating innovative non-formal methodologies into the association's educational activities. 3. Strengthening linguistic skills and the capacity for inclusion of future European citizens.
For over 30 years, NOE has promoted European citizenship and adult education. Today, it faces challenges related to a multi-ethnic and fragmented audience, having launched initiatives to connect non-EU migrants with EU institutions and priorities. This has highlighted the need for new operational tools to manage cultural diversity in engagement and the teaching of European values, ensuring effective inclusion.
