The PulseLab project promotes youth participation, civic engagement, and the development of key competences through non-formal education, experiential learning, and European cooperation. The project actively involves young people as protagonists at all stages, offering concrete opportunities to design and implement initiatives that benefit local communities. Special attention is given to the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring equal access, tailored support, and a safe, participatory environment. Through hands-on activities, international mobilities, and teamwork, participants develop skills in project management, social entrepreneurship, communication, leadership, and digital competences, while also strengthening their awareness of democratic processes and intercultural dialogue. PulseLab aims to generate long-term impact by increasing young people’s autonomy, self-confidence, and capacity to actively contribute to positive change at local and European level.
