VOICE involves 5 municipalities in the Veneto Region - Valdagno, Vicenza, Verona, Padua and Treviso - covering 4 provinces, and was conceived as a follow-up to the Visyon project, which highlighted key issues for young people and their willingness to continue engaging with local institutions. VOICE aims to give young people a real voice by strengthening their structured and inclusive participation in local decision-making processes, moving beyond episodic or purely consultative approaches. Through Youth–Municipality Forums and Policy Labs, the project creates stable spaces for dialogue between young people and local authorities, fostering the analysis of territorial needs and the co-design of concrete and realistic micro-policies. VOICE also aims to develop civic and active citizenship skills, with particular attention to young people with fewer opportunities, and to provide municipalities with replicable tools and methodologies to integrate youth dialogue into local public policies.
