The project TakeCare! aims to promote the psychological, physical, and social well-being of young people, particularly those aged 24–28, during the delicate transition phase into the labour market. The overall objective is to increase young people’s awareness of mental, physical, relational well-being and self-care issues. The specific objectives are to develop transversal competences such as stress management, burnout prevention, and emotional intelligence in order to foster sustainable employability; to promote active participation and democratic citizenship by engaging young people as co-designers and impact multipliers within their local communities; and to co-create an innovative digital tool (My Self-Care) for the autonomous monitoring of well-being, ensuring long-term accessibility and sustainability.
