The project aims to strengthen youth participation in rural areas by providing young people with concrete tools to become active actors in their community. Its main goal is the creation of the Pignola Youth Forum, a permanent space for dialogue with local institutions, fostering active citizenship and intergenerational exchange. Through workshops, local events and mobilities to Rome and Strasbourg, participants will develop leadership, advocacy and civic design skills. The initiative seeks to counter civic disengagement and youth marginalisation, reinforcing a sense of belonging and creating a replicable model of youth participation in rural contexts, with long-term impact on the community.
