The project "Future Roots: Exploring the past to design the future" aims to strengthen democratic participation and the sense of belonging to the EU among young people (aged 18-30). It seeks to counter political disaffection through a journey that bridges historical memory with active citizenship. The main objectives are: -to strengthen awareness of the value of democratic participation and European citizenship; -to develop critical, communicative, and digital skills through the production of intergenerational podcasts and multimedia content; -to foster intergenerational and intercultural dialogue on the themes of rights and social justice; -to promote active participation at local, national, and European levels, empowering young people as agents of change capable of linking past experiences to the future challenges of the European Union.
