EuroTalks aims to turn regular and commemorative 2 euro coins into a tool for youth-led civic education, strengthening EU literacy and a sense of belonging through shared symbols. Our general objective is to use these everyday objects to structure discussions on EU values and democracy. The project has four specific objectives: 1. To develop a shared interpretation framework and short explanatory texts for a curated set of coins during the Verona mobility. 2. To strengthen the competences of 20 young participants as peer facilitators, content editors, and public communicators, producing short Tik Tok and Instagram reels. 3. To transfer learning outcomes to 176 peers through eight local workshops and four exhibitions in Italy and Croatia. 4. To anchor coin narratives in an institutional understanding of the euro and trust in EU-level institutions through the Frankfurt mobility and a visit to the European Central Bank.
