The project aims to strengthen the general competences of staff and adult learners, promote inclusion through positivity, develop citizenship skills through empathy, tolerance, community engagement, and European values, and expand international networks. The knowledge, skills, and methods acquired will be integrated into the Music School’s daily educational practice, ensuring a lasting impact on learners, staff, and the local community.
The objectives of the Music School’s 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, the 2023–2027 Internationalization Strategy, teacher survey results, research data, and the program requirements of adult learners highlight the needs of staff and learners to develop inclusion through positivity, strengthen active citizenship at both local and EU level, and expand international networks while promoting EU values.
