The project aims to strengthen staff digital, methodological and communication competences through participation in international courses and by acquiring practical approaches via job shadowing. It also aims to provide seniors with opportunities to develop digital skills in an international learning environment. The acquired competences will be applied to design higher-quality, more clearly communicated, accessible and inclusive learning activities within the organisation.
The project is submitted to strengthen the organisation’s capacity to apply digital and AI-based learning approaches in adult and senior education. There is a growing need to systematically enhance staff digital competences and to ensure meaningful, accessible digital learning for learners. International mobility activities will enable the organisation to acquire practical methods and integrate them into its regular educational practice.
