NTAC Korys is currently implementing its second Erasmus+ KA1 project. This is an excellent and successful attempt to join European adult education activities. We realized that it is difficult to achieve the desired results by operating only at the local level. A broader, European perspective is needed. The organization strives to ensure that employees are satisfied with their work process and results. Sharing experiences locally is not enough for this. For us the project is a step towards Europe
