The project aims to strengthen staff competences in inclusive work‑based adult education, develop a structured learning model for rehabilitation workshops and increase autonomy and confidence of adult learners with psychosocial disabilities. Through job shadowing and group mobility, the organisation will improve the quality of its activities and support learners’ active participation in community life.
ZISPB applied for this project to improve the quality of its community‑based adult learning activities for adults with psychosocial and mental health disabilities. Current workshops successfully engage participants but are not yet structured as a learning pathway leading to autonomy and participation. Through international mobility, the organisation seeks to learn effective methods and empower learners to become more active and confident members of the community.
