Objectives

We aim to strengthen advisors’ competences in digital and sustainable agricultural technologies and improve adult education methodologies. The project will integrate international experience into national training programmes and enhance the quality and practical relevance of training for farmers.

Background

The Lithuanian agricultural sector is rapidly modernising, with increasing digitalisation and sustainability requirements. Agricultural advisors need to continuously update their professional and pedagogical competences to provide high-quality, practical training aligned with the European Green Deal. The project will enable the transfer of advanced international training practices.
