The project aims to strengthen educators’ competences in inclusion, diversity, sustainability and digital education, improve English language skills as a tool for international cooperation, and integrate sustainable and digital learning approaches into local adult education programmes. It also seeks to promote intergenerational dialogue and increase the participation of seniors and adult learners in inclusive and international learning activities.
The Pedagogical Psychological Service of the Joniškis District Education Centre needs to strengthen educators’ competences in inclusion, intergenerational dialogue, sustainability and digital education. Many seniors and adult learners lack digital and language skills, limiting their participation in modern and international learning. This Erasmus+ project aims to transfer international practices to local adult education programmes.
