Objectives

We will implement an intense 8-day full program (plus travel days) based on non-formal education in the Lithuanian countryside. The schedule is built around the "Green Light / Red Light" metaphor: Days 1-3 (The "Red Light" - Awareness): Body Mapping workshops to visualize stress and the "Traffic Light" safety protocol training. Days 4-6 (The "Yellow Light" - Challenge): Healthcare Clowning (learning resilience through failure) and a Silent Eco-Hike & Plogging. Led by Sustainable Gears (Greece). Utilizing their expertise in environmental education, the Greek team will lead a silent sensory walk in Labanoras Park, teaching participants how nature acts as a co-regulator for an anxious nervous system. (somatic regulation in nature). Days 7-8 (The "Green Light" - Action): Creating the "Traffic Light Toolkit" and preparing the "Real Talk" media campaign. Follow-up: Local "Echo Workshops" to share these tools back home. The project involves 44 people in total: 36 participants and 6 group leaders (7 per partner organization: 6 youth + 1 leader) from Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Greece, and Slovenia. They will be guided by 2 professional facilitators (including a somatic coach). We have prioritized inclusion, selecting young people (aged 18-30) who face specific barriers: youth from remote rural areas (Lithuania/Poland/Slovenia/Estonia) with limited opportunities, and youth with migrant backgrounds (Germany, Greece) facing cultural fatigue.
