The project “360 Raseiniai Youth Participation” aims to strengthen young people’s participation in decision-making processes in Raseiniai district municipality by moving from occasional consultations towards a structured, continuous and youth-friendly dialogue. The project is based on the findings of the 2025 Raseiniai district youth situation study, which highlighted the need to increase young people’s awareness, self-confidence and real opportunities for engagement. The main objectives of the project are to develop young people’s civic, social and leadership competences, strengthen dialogue between young people and decision-makers, increase young people’s understanding of democratic processes and the role of the European Union, and apply the 360-degree youth participation model at local level. The project also aims to contribute to the development of a long-term youth participation culture and to strengthen Raseiniai district as a youth-friendly municipality.
