The project aims to establish a sustainable youth participation system that strengthens democratic leadership and shared decision-making within the organisation and across regions. During the project, at least 150 youth leaders will be developed, equipped to coordinate activities, represent young people, and initiate change at local and national levels. A minimum of 500 young people will be involved, including at least 200 young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring financial accessibility and reinforced mentorship support. Permanent youth representation groups will operate in at least 8 regions, and at least 70% of active participants will remain engaged after the project’s completion. The project will institutionalise structured dialogue, strengthen a culture of mentorship, and create a long-term youth empowerment model aligned with Erasmus+ priorities and the European Youth Goals.
