We aim to strengthen our institutional training capacity by improving our staff’s adult education and digital competences. At the same time, we want to equip our organisation with environmentally friendly practices to become a sustainable NGO model and share these gains with the local community.
We applied to address the lack of andragogical methods, insufficient use of digital tools, and weaknesses in institutional sustainability practices during our transition into adult education. Our aim is to raise our staff competences to European standards and provide higher-quality services to adults in Riga.
