The project aims to develop practical NVC skills and create a high-quality, accessible training programme for adults in Latvia. We want to improve communication within the organisation, build a safer and more inclusive learning environment, and strengthen our professional competence. The project will help us establish a sustainable NVC offer and contribute to adult education in our community.
We applied for this project to strengthen our organisation’s capacity in adult education and to improve the quality of our learning activities. We see a lack of practical, inclusive and emotionally safe learning opportunities for adults in Latvia. To address this, we need deeper knowledge of NVC and new methods for working with diverse adult groups.
