The project aims to strengthen our staff’s capacity to integrate AI tools into employability training, establish internal ethical AI guidelines, improve digital coaching methods for disadvantaged adults, and enhance our organisation’s digital transformation strategy through structured European mobility and professional exchange.
We applied for this project to address the growing gap between AI-driven recruitment systems and the limited digital competences of unemployed and disadvantaged adult learners. Our staff need structured training in AI-based employability tools and ethical AI integration to modernise our career guidance services and ensure equal access to AI-supported labour market opportunities.
