We aim to implement the "Open Laboratory" model to enhance family literacy and adult education in Ventspils. Our goals are to boost staff competencies in inclusive communication and digital storytelling through Italian best practices. By establishing a "Parental Support Hub," we will lower social barriers for vulnerable groups and strengthen our role as a regional methodological leader in non-formal education.
Ventspils Children’s Library applied to modernize adult education and family literacy. Our goal is to adopt the "Open Laboratory" approach to better serve vulnerable groups and low-income families. This mobility will equip our team with international best practices in non-formal education.
