We aim to achieve improvements in our organization’s educational activities that would allow us to engage adult learners in a more modern and effective way, using both relevant knowledge and practices recognized in other European countries, as well as contemporary methodologies and up‑to‑date digital concepts and competences. The listed competences would also enhance the administrative and organizational aspects of adult education within our organization.
We are submitting the project because applicant has identified the following needs: 1.to gain international experience regarding existing practices for teaching intangible cultural heritage, 2.to acquire methodologies for working with adult learners of different age groups, 3.to obtain knowledge and skills for the contemporary use of digital tools in the adult education process and its organization. We submit this project with the conviction that international training will address these needs.
