By implementing this project, we aim to promote young people’s understanding of the importance of mindfulness in everyday life and to reduce the impact of a fast-paced lifestyle on young people’s health and well-being. The project seeks to help young people become aware of how daily rush, social pressure, and constant information flow affect their mental and physical health, and to find practical tools for creating a more balanced and mindful daily life. One of the main goals of the project is to develop young people’s ability to recognize their emotions, needs, and boundaries, as well as to strengthen skills that help reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout. The project will provide young people with opportunities to practically try out various methods, such as mindfulness exercises, yoga, time management, stress reduction techniques, self-reflection, and developing a healthier relationship with the digital environment. Another goal of the project is to strengthen young people’s self-confidence and belief in their abilities by fostering personal growth, a sense of responsibility, and the courage to engage in societal processes. By working in teams and in an international environment, young people will develop cooperation, communication, and empathy skills, and gain positive experiences in participation and initiative-taking. In addition, the project aims to promote an inclusive and safe environment where young people with diverse needs and backgrounds feel accepted and supported. This will allow young people to express themselves freely, share experiences, and learn from one another, reducing prejudice and fostering mutual understanding. From a youth work practice perspective, the project is designed as a youth-led process in which young people are actively involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the project. This approach enables the achievement of project goals through non-formal education methods that support long-term learning, self-reflection, and the development of practical skills even after the project has ended.
