By implementing the “ReCharge” project, we will promote young people’s understanding of the role of nature and the environment in improving mental health, while strengthening their participation in environmental protection and democratic processes. The project combines mental health promotion with sustainable attitudes towards the environment through non-formal education methods and practical experiences in nature. The goal of the project is to promote young people's understanding of the importance of the environment and natural resources for mental health, involving young people in practical environmental conservation activities and promoting a change in habits - conscious use of nature to improve well-being and active participation in environmental protection.
