The project aims to make information about youth participation, civic life, and EU opportunities accessible to deaf young people and other youth facing information barriers. Many deaf young people are excluded from active participation because information is too complex, text-based, and not available in sign language. Through this project, we want to understand these gaps and respond to real needs identified by deaf youth themselves. The objectives of the project are to: identify the main information gaps through surveys and interviews with deaf young people; transform complex information into accessible, visual, and sign-language-based formats; build knowledge and motivation for active participation; empower deaf and mixed youth groups to create their own initiatives; promote inclusive information practices and dialogue with decision-makers.
