The aim of the project is to encourage young people to make a conscious decision to stay in Latvia, particularly in the Latgale region, by strengthening their sense of belonging to their hometown and region, fostering civic participation, and broadening their understanding of educational, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in Latgale and Latvia as a whole. Within the framework of the project, young people will be provided with opportunities to freely and confidently express their opinions, develop concrete proposals for improving the current situation, and engage in structured dialogue with local and national-level decision-makers. This will strengthen young people’s ability to influence decision-making processes and actively contribute to shaping the future of their region.
