Through a 5-day job shadowing mobility for 5 committee members at Darwin Ecosystem (Bordeaux), SEAM aims to strengthen governance structures, systematise mentoring and incubation pathways, improve impact measurement practices, and enhance stakeholder collaboration models. The objective is to transfer tested organisational and service models into Malta’s context to improve adult learning quality.
SEAM applied for this project because Malta’s social enterprise ecosystem remains structurally underdeveloped. Support for social entrepreneurs is fragmented, governance processes need strengthening, and impact measurement is limited. To improve the quality and sustainability of adult learning services offered to social entrepreneurs, SEAM seeks structured job shadowing within a mature ecosystem (France).
