We aim to strengthen member staff competencies via structured learning: 9 educators will master circular economy design and digital tools through 8-day shadowing in Turkey and Spain. By December 2026, we will co-design 3 green-digital modules and launch an Inclusion Support Policy. We target a 55% improvement in educator proficiency via GreenComp audits and a 40% reduction in our carbon footprint. This enables us to serve 50+ additional learners annually, meeting European Education Area targets.
Stichting Sustainable@ applied for Erasmus+ mobility to bridge critical capacity gaps. Only 20% of members possess competencies in circular economy pedagogy and inclusion-responsive teaching. Our rural, low-income learners lack access to training that improves employability in green sectors.Mobility allows us to access Mediterranean best practices and GreenComp frameworks that we cannot develop independently. This project transforms deficits into excellence, positioning us as a leader in the EU.
