We would like our staff and trainers to develop more expertise in working with and designing programs for vulnerable groups. We also want to stimulate further development of facilitation and support skills of our learners from this group, some of whom become volunteer and staff on our projects. We also want to bring them inspiration and encouragement.
In recent years, our organisation has been working with adult learners who face limited access to education, stable work and support systems, including displaced Ukrainian people and EU labour immigrants. This work has shown us both the importance and the complexity of creating learning and support spaces that are responsive to real-life challenges. To continue developing this work in we would like to exchange knowledge and learn from experienced organisations in this field.
