This project builds on a previous Erasmus+ training and responds to a clear need among youth workers for deeper learning, stronger methods, and more cooperation. A few partners from an earlier project joined again, together with new organisations that want to improve their youth work and create meaningful opportunities for young people. The project aims to strengthen youth workers so they can respond better to the real needs of young people, including those who are NEET or face social and personal challenges. Youth workers often want to use creative and participatory methods, digital tools, and new approaches, but daily pressure and limited resources make this difficult. This project gives them the space, support, and inspiration to grow. Through shared learning, practical tools, and a strong European network, youth workers will explore what quality youth work means today. They will exchange and explore youth work methods, test new ideas, and develop activities they can implement at home. The focus is on inclusion, empowerment, and participation, helping youth workers create learning spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and able to develop. By the end of the project, we aim to build a confident community of youth workers who have better skills, stronger partnerships, and practical tools they can use every day. This will lead to more relevant, accessible, and meaningful youth work, with direct impact on the wellbeing and development of young people.
