Beyond The Bridge: Our Voices Heard is a participation project designed to transform youth across the six Dutch Caribbean islands from passive observers into active agenda-setters. Recognizing that the region is fragmented yet faces shared structural threats this project bridges the gap between youth grievances and formal policy-making. While the predecessor project, Building Bridges, successfully constructed the infrastructure for dialogue by connecting islands and teaching the mechanics of debate, this new phase focuses on the traffic crossing that bridge. We are moving from participation (attending an event) to ownership (setting the agenda). The objectives are: Empower Youth Agency through Agenda-Setting and Debate Education (Learning to Participate) Dismantling Barriers for the "Unusual Suspects" (Inclusion & Diversity) Bridging the Gap to Decision-Makers via Young Professionals (Dialogue) 4. Fostering a Transnational Caribbean Identity (Establish Common Values)
