The READY project aims to strengthen the quality and inclusiveness of youth work by equipping Deaf youth organisations and youth workers with accessible, youth-friendly resources on crisis preparedness and resilience. The project addresses communication barriers and supports equality, inclusion, and preparedness through sign-language-based non-formal education.
