Equip 15 youth workers with co-designed, practice-tested art-based facilitation methods validated across three countries. Develop new learning approaches through a three-phase experiential model addressing the documented confidence gap among practitioners. Support community development by engaging 135–180 young people in nine public creative actions making participatory youth work visible as a force for belonging and social cohesion across Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and the Netherlands.
