CM aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations in the Netherlands, Turkey, Cyprus and Sweden to address mental overload and digital fatigue in youth work. The project seeks to equip youth workers with structured, preventive and non-clinical tools, clarify professional boundaries and improve the quality of youth participation through balanced and focused learning environments.
