To strengthen European youth work by increasing the legitimacy and accessibility of youth diversion as a response to offending. Through developing a shared rights-based framework, enhancing professional capacity, embedding meaningful youth participation, and translating comparative learning into concrete policy recommendations, the project aims to improve the quality, accessibility, coherence and long-term sustainability of child- and youth-centred diversion practices at national and EU level.
