We aim to achieve a lasting change in the way we systematically work with basic skills, including digital competence and active citizenship. This is embedded in the curricula for modular adult education as well as in the national Competence Reform initiative. By seeking inspiration from other countries and institutions, we can further develop and strengthen this work.
Kristiansund Adult Education Centre has previously participated in projects within both Erasmus+ and the Grundtvig programme. The experiences have been exclusively positive, and the learning outcomes have been substantial. We wish to use this opportunity to further strengthen the competence within our institution and recognize the value of continued development in the thematic areas described above.
