Through this project, we aim to strengthen youth participation, intercultural dialogue and non-formal learning through creative collaboration between young people from Norway and Armenia. The project consists of two interconnected Youth Exchanges built around a Creative Marathon methodology, where participants work in mixed international teams to produce short films and collaborative music performances within a limited timeframe. The focus is on learning-by-doing, teamwork and shared responsibility rather than technical perfection. From a youth work perspective, the objectives are to increase young people’s active participation in decision-making processes, strengthen key competences such as communication, cultural awareness and initiative, and provide inclusive access to international mobility opportunities. The project also aims to support young people facing economic barriers by removing financial obstacles to participation. By combining creativity, structured reflection and intercultural cooperation, the project promotes democratic participation, mutual understanding and the recognition of non-formal learning in line with the objectives of Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges.
