KUTT! will develop and test Unge Vils “Forum Film” as a new youth-led method to ensure that young people’s experiences of exclusion in everyday life are made visible and taken seriously in dialogue with adults and relevant sectors. The main objectives are to (1) produce a pilot short film created by young people, portraying a recognisable situation related to belonging/exclusion, (2) deliver forum screenings followed by facilitated dialogue where young people lead reflection and solution-focused discussion together with schools, youth spaces and other relevant decision-makers, and (3) strengthen participants’ competences in film production, project management and democratic participation. The project will document young people’s input anonymously and use the results for further local cooperation and for continued development of the method.
