The project aims to strengthen OSA ET as an adult‑education provider for rural communities by upskilling staff in three areas: digital pedagogies, innovative English teaching for low‑skilled adults and inclusive, resilience‑oriented methodologies. It seeks to embed these competences in regular programmes aligned with Union of Skills and Preparedness Union priorities.
OSA ET works in rural Poland, where adults have low digital and language competences, limited access to modern learning and rising psychosocial stress. The organisation lacks specialised adult‑education training. This project is needed to build future‑proof skills and resilience for staff and their communities.
