We will train FWRE staff (20 people) in running circular economy workshops through job shadowing in North Macedonia (10 people) and invited expert from Italy (20 people). We will launch monthly upcycling workshops for seniors and migrants, digital catalogue of beneficiaries' work, local events (repair café, swap picnics). Goal: min. 80 beneficiaries in workshops yearly, 100 kg of processed materials, sustainable educational offer combining ecology with social inclusion.
FWRE works with seniors and Ukrainian migrants in Warsaw. Survey of 42 beneficiaries: 76% throw away things that could still be used "because I don't know what to do with them", 67% want to learn repairs but have nowhere to go. Our staff (20 people) lack practical skills in running circular economy and upcycling workshops. We need Erasmus+ mobility so staff can learn methods from European organizations and implement them for excluded beneficiaries in Poland.
