The project aims to move beyond routine local activities and create a new quality in adult education. We want rural adults to stop feeling lost in the digital world and gain real confidence and agency. At the same time, we strengthen our staff through language development, so we can not only benefit from European experience, but actively shape it and bring it back to our community.
In our community, many adults still remain “out of reach” of the digital world – not because they lack motivation, but because they lack support and confidence. This project was created to change that. We combine the development of digital competences of rural adults with strengthening our staff through an intensive language course, enabling us to benefit from European experience and build modern adult education.
