The project aims to strengthen the competences of educators working with adults, especially those with fewer opportunities. It focuses on improving skills in designing, implementing and evaluating non-formal adult education, enhancing language and intercultural competences, and introducing quality standards in educational management. The project will ensure lasting improvements in the quality and accessibility of learning opportunities for adults.
For over 20 years, APURE has been providing non-formal education for adults, including those with fewer opportunities (residents of rural areas and small towns, the unemployed, those at risk of exclusion, and those with low skills). The key challenge is to improve the quality of the offer by developing educators' competences in the field of adult learning methods, inclusion, and evaluation. KA122-ADU mobility will enable the transfer of proven solutions from abroad to work with adults.
