The project aims to train 6 staff members in digital storytelling, AI-supported teaching and community innovation methods, and to provide 6 adult learners with practical intercultural learning experience in Cyprus. It also aims to develop three updated training modules and strengthen long-term international cooperation in adult education.
We applied for this project to strengthen our capacity in innovative and inclusive adult education. Internal evaluation identified the need to modernise digital methodologies and expand community-based learning approaches, particularly for adults with fewer opportunities. The project supports institutional development and alignment with European priorities in digital transformation and social inclusion.
