The project aims to: 1. Strengthen educators’ competences in addressing psychosomatic stress, physical strain and diverse learner needs. 2. Bring more somatic and body-awareness methodologies into Brama’s adult pedagogy. 3. Enhance the structured and inclusive facilitation of polyphonic voice processes grounded in European cultural heritage and intercultural exchange. 4. Increase Brama’s organisational capacity to design and implement comprehensive, inclusive learning programmes.
The profile and needs of Brama's adult learners are evolving, requiring more structured and inclusive pedagogical tools in working with psychosomatic stress or mobility limitations. We're in need of more somatic body, voice and polyphony methodological frameworks, especially working with seniors and neurodivergent groups. Brama works in a small-town context, where a lot of educators travel to bigger centers. We need more organizational tools to create comprehensive learning programmes locally.
