The objective of the project is to enhance the quality of adult education by strengthening staff competences in inclusive methodologies, digital education, and intercultural work. We aim to implement a sustainable model for planning, delivering, and evaluating activities, increase the participation of adults with fewer opportunities, and establish stable international cooperation to support the organisation’s long-term development and educational offer.
LROT is developing its adult education offer; however, we lack experience in international cooperation, inclusive methodologies, and modern digital tools. A needs analysis of our participants—particularly seniors and adults with fewer opportunities—indicates the necessity to improve the quality, accessibility, and CONTINUITY OF OUR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. The funding will enable the systematic professionalisation of our staff and a sustainable increase in educational standards.
