Goal 1: Increase the linguistic and cultural competences of the applicant's staff through participation in language courses. Goal 2: Enhance the educational skills of the FDD staff in adult education through participation in job shadowing. Goal 3: Increase the participation of adult learners in democratic life through participation in educational activities that enhance linguistic, digital, ecological, and social competences.
The implementation of this project will be a significant step in the organization's development. It will enable the Foundation's staff to enhance their competencies across the full spectrum of adult education, encompassing both formal and non-formal educational activities. It will also increase staff knowledge of new educational opportunities and strengthen our language and digital skills, which will be used to develop high-quality, accessible, and inclusive adult education.
