The project aims to strengthen resilience, wellbeing and readiness to learn among adults aged 55–65 and 65+, and to improve staff competences in working with emotions and change in adult education. The project seeks to develop sustainable educational programmes and enhance the quality of the organisation’s offer through modern, empathetic learning methods.
We apply for funding because we observe growing needs among adults aged 55+ and 65+ related to mental wellbeing, resilience to change and motivation to learn. Retirement and later adulthood are often associated with uncertainty, social isolation and withdrawal from education. The project addresses these challenges through adult education based on experiential learning and international mobility.
