We want to carry out this project because we see a growing need to support young people and those working with them in handling conflicts and violence in their environments. In youth work, we often encounter situations of tension, misunderstandings, or aggression that require not only a response but, above all, the ability to prevent conflicts and promote dialogue. The project aims to equip youth leaders and youth workers with practical tools and competencies for peaceful conflict resolution and transforming tensions within youth environments. Through workshops, seminars, and group activities, participants will develop skills in mediation, communication, and cooperation, as well as work on preparing Erasmus+ projects focused on peacebuilding. The project also seeks to create sustainable international partnerships and support future youth initiatives that promote a culture of dialogue, collaboration, and social responsibility. This will enable participants to more effectively support young people in their local communities.
