We want to implement this project because young people in our region have limited influence on decisions concerning culture and rarely take part in dialogue with cultural institutions and local government. Our goal is to strengthen their agency by developing civic, communication, digital and green competences, and by creating lasting, accessible channels for shared decision-making. Over twelve months, we will deliver a participation pathway based on non-formal education and cooperation with decision-makers, culminating in a Youth Agenda for Culture for 2026–2028 that is co-created and put into practice. The project also aims to increase the visibility of young people in public life, launch youth micro-initiatives, and build a permanent network of cooperation between young people, institutions and decision-makers.
