This project aims to strengthen youth volunteering at local level by empowering young people to take initiative, lead peer-to-peer processes and build sustainable volunteering structures in their communities. We want to transform “good intentions” into structured action by equipping young people with competences, mentoring support and recognition tools. The project will develop and implement a Youth Volunteer Passport, establish a Youth Volunteering Coordination Group within the organisation and expand the “Young Volunteer of the Year” Award to a new municipality. Through training, mentoring, local youth-led initiatives and a social campaign, we aim to increase youth participation, strengthen leadership competences and enhance cooperation between young people, local institutions and decision-makers.
