The "Rural Youth Spaces" (RYS) project addresses the lack of dedicated youth spaces in rural Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. National statistics show that only 12% of rural municipalities in Silesia have facilities offering regular youth activities. Our objectives are: (1) Establish 5 youth-managed youth spaces in rural municipalities across Silesian Voivodeship. (2) Train 5 young rural leaders aged 18-23 in creating and managing youth spaces, using the Guidebook developed within the ERC project (KA210-YOU). (3) Engage at least 125 young people aged 15-23 from rural areas in the creation and operation of youth spaces. (4) Involve 10 local decision-makers, including mayors and councillors, in supporting youth spaces and facilitating dialogue with young people. The project directly addresses European Youth Goal #9 "Space and Participation for All".
